Pre-Trip July 2010..."Andy is off to college!"

New to this forum and wanted to type a few words about our upcoming trip.

The characters are:
Me, mom: 37, Disney lover
DH, 39: "4th boy" and along for the Disney ride
DS, 17: along for the Disney ride
DS, 15: Disney lover
DS, 12: Disney lover

This will most likely be our last "family" trip. We are entering a transition phase in our family with the oldest getting ready for college. Toy Story 3...seen it? Yes, that is our household. Seems like just yesterday Buzz, Woody and the Bucket O' Army men were being played with at our house! (sniffle here)

Sad things aside, this trip is meant for having goofy fun and just enjoying being together. We will be staying in our travel trailer at the FW Campground from July 12-18 and then heading over to St. Augustine for some days at the beach.

I know, you may say "travel trailer???" But, is a wonderful home on wheels with our own fridge, oven, microwave, dvd surround sound, etc. I will post some pictures for doubters out there!---that is as soon as I figure out how to do that.....

BTW, my avatar picture is from our very first trip to Disney in 99 and my kids first character experience. (more sniffles here)

First, I'm sending you one of these . As the mother of two boys who have been to college with one graduating and going back and the other still finishing up, I know what a transition this is for you.

Have a magical trip, and enjoy your family time together.
