Pre-Thanksgiving crowds?

Hi all.... this has probably been asked already, but I can't seem to find it.... I'm thinking of taking my kids, nephews and nieces for a trip Tues or Wed. before Thanksgiving.... anyone have experience with the crowds during this time? I want to know before committing to them, as I'm not sure I can handle five kids on my own if super crowded conditions. Thanks for any info!!

We are going Tuesday, but I've never been at this time before.... so I'm wondering the same thing. I hope its not crowded, but even if it is, I'm in DISNEYLAND, so all is well.

We go the few days before Thanksgiving quite often (our kids school has the whole week off), and have always found it busy. The advantage for us is that it's better than summer time, when it's busy AND hot! In our elementary school (in the SF bay area) we know of at least 7 other families who are headed to DL next week.

Tuesday is busy and Wednesday is busier. Both days are manageable though, but getting there early certainly helps.
