Pre-reception for Brunch Question

We are hoping to do an early morning ceremony in Epcot in Italy and then a brunch reception at either Atlantic Dance Hall or Ariels (this is for a custom wedding for approximately 50 people). I would like to have a pre-reception while pictures are being taken and we are getting over to our reception location. What type of food though would be served at a pre-reception for a brunch? We will probably not do an open bar as it will be early but would like to do a signature drink (maybe a Mimosa). We are also hoping to so an IllumiNations desert party later that same evening.

Are there any WDW brides out there that have had a brunch reception and did a pre-reception - or does anyone have any ideas what we could serve?

Pre Reception you could serve anything really. As its a brunch reception i would personally go for something a bit lighter like the fruit display or something.
