Pre purchasing photos and Disneyband+

I am sailing on the Wish in July. I was able to do my check in, but I am not able to pre-book my photo pass. Every time I click the link, it takes me back to my reservation page. Also, it is not showing any ability to buy Magicband+. Has anyone had success? Thanks!

To preorder the photo package, you go into the My Plans section like you are booking an excursion. It's under onboard activities. It might show as sold out on day one, but you can add it on to any day (you only need to do it on one day). Not sure about prepurchasing DisneyBand+ though!

I can't order bands for our upcoming cruise until next month, but I can get the page to display sometimes. I typically have to refresh the page multiple times and lately I have had better luck getting it to display when accessing the DCL website using my iPhone.

I'm one of many that currently can't access future cruises using the DCL mobile app, so not sure if there is an option to order using the app.

I was never able to buy the photo pass before our February cruise. I could find it, the purchase just wouldn’t go through. Call and try to fix it now because once you get too close to the cruise they lock it and you can’t add it, and then you have to pay more for it on the ship.
