Pre & Post Parade Planning to Get to a FP+

Going to MK Jan. 20. We want to see FOF parade @ 3:00 and have FP scheduled at 3-4 for Peter Pan. Will I make it to my FP time?
I was thinking I could view @ HoP or Sleepy Hollow. Is this a good spot? What time does the parade pass by this location? I've read it lasts about 15-20 minutes and I don't want to be worried about time while watching the parade. Maybe I should try to change the time. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

You will not have any trouble getting to Pan after the parade, no matter where on the route you view it from.

Ok thanks. Last year we were close to Caseys, which I liked. I Couldn't remember but I thought that near the end of the parade it would begin close to 3:30, then 20 minutes to pass, and then crowds might make it tough.
