Pre-Post night transfers

I am sorry as I know this has been asked but I can't seem to find the answers when I did my search.

I know ABD recently changed their policy about airport transfers when the guest booked the ABD hotel for pre-post night stay directly with the hotel but I can't seem to find what it is. I booked the Prague Marriott and Ritz Carlton in Vienna directly through my rewards account but am being told by the ABD person (she's been super nice BTW) that my transfers are now not included but I knew I had read they changed.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!!

This policy took effect on 6/15/2015.

For folks who booked pre-days on their own, transfers from the airport are included, but only to the ABD hotel. If you book on your own at the ABD hotel for those pre-days, you're good to go. If you booked on your own at a different hotel for the pre-days, then you need to get yourself from the ABD hotel to your other hotel. That part is not included. Transfers back from a different hotel to the airport (booked on your own) are not included.

I assume you have to get from the other hotel back to the ABD hotel for the first night of your ABD by yourself, also.

I'm not 100% sure how the transfers back to the airport work if you booked a different hotel on your own for the post-day. I imagine you need to get yourself back to the ABD hotel on your own, but I'm just not sure about that.

thanks!!!! I have booked at the ABD hotel but booked it on my own (some at cheaper rate and other nights on points). I was trying to find it for the nice ABD lady

The airport in Prague to the Marriot is a quick cab ride and it cost us (3) about $20.00. It is an easy transfer on your own with plenty of taxis. The drivers we had were very friendly and efficient. Easy peasy.
