Pre/Post Dinner Cocktails at Restaurants?

I was wondering if DH and I could have pre or post dinner cocktails at restaurants that we dont have ADRs at?

For example, in Epcot we are eating dinner at Tutto, but want to have a drink at Coral Reef. Is this possible? Or stop at Le Cellier for a post dinner treat.

At Magic Kingdom, I would love to see CRT, do they have an area we can get a glass of wine?

Do all the restaurant have bar areas? We'd like to see more of the restaurants, and figure this might be the only way without ADRs.

Cant answer the question about going to restaurants for drinks...

But, I dont there is an alcohol in the Magic Kingdom

No bars at all in the MK. But many restaurants in the Parks and Resorts have bars attached. Just going in for a drink would not be a problem at those.

That said, I don't believe Coral Reef is one of them.
