"Pre-Plated?"

Just what does "pre-plated" mean in Disney terms?

It usually means that you will get a plate of those items listed, but can get seconds on anything you want (or request that something not be included)

Basically any sit down restaraunt has a pre-plated meal, the food that comes on your plate is the food that you're going to get. Now, this past summer when 1900 Park Faire was being refurbed, instead of it being a buffet meal, it was a pre-plated meal. I believe now that it is back to a regular buffet.

I hope I'm not wrong with what I'm posting! If I am, somebody please correct me.
