Hi,
We made a lump sum payment to our annual dues account last month to take advantage of the favourable exchange rate. This was processed with no problems and when we received our dues statement it left a balance of $517 which would be taken on 15th of this month. When I checked my credit card statement I found they had taken almost $1500. When I telephoned member accounting they informed that this is unavoidable as their systems cannot cope with pre-payments if you own at more than one resort.!! They are going to refund the overpayment today, just lucky the debit didn't put me over my credit limt.
Mick.
