Has anyone had a problem just walking up to the Super Shuttle or Disneyland Express counter and getting transportation?

I am right around the 48 hour window and I don't want to risk them not getting my reservation. Also, I've had problems with pre-paid vouchers (for Super Shuttle) in the past.

So, I'm thinking I'd like to just book the ground transportation upon arrival at LAX this Tuesday. Will this be a problem with either Super Shuttle or Disneyland Express?

Thanks.

We rode the DRE last time. There was a man who did not have reservations that came on. you get on then they stop at the disneyland hotel and ask for vouchers....The man got on at DLH, so he just paid cash. BUT I think it is more expensive than if you were to prepay.... ;)

We had no problem with Super Shuttle when we prepaid. They were ready and waiting at the time they stated when I made the reservation.

There shouldnt be much of a problem. My mom and I got pre paid vouchers before but with all the planning we totally forgot to call and make reservations for pick up.

When we got there they said not to worry, there are shuttles coming and going ALL THE TIME! So we gave them the vouchers and off we went.

But I can imagine that there are many people who walk right up and say "Hey I need a ride". Super Shuttle as you probably know is located Right out side the front doors of John Wayne and you cant miss the blue vans. There must be some way they can do you a favor.

I think what you are asking is do you have to prepay to get on the Disneyland Express or can you pay the driver. I don't think you have to make a reservation with DL Express because at SNA the bus picks up every half hour. But I would call DL Express (Gray Line) and talk to someone there. Here's there web site.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up just pre-booking with Super Shuttle so I don't have to worry about it.
