I have an 8:20 at Tusker House, do you think we could eat, and then head to FoP and beat some of the crazy wait times?
Won’t be getting a FP as it’s a last minute trip if we do it.

NO. By the time you finish eating, they will have been riding FoP for at least 15 min and maybe longer and the line will already be an hour or more wait. You won't be allowed to "cut through" the back way and will have to go back to the entrance to Pandora. This is one attraction where a PPO actually hurts you instead of helps you.

No. You would basically have to *leave* TH at 8:20 am to have a chance. The FoP line usually opens at 8:45. And often, the wormhole between Africa and Pandora is not open going from Africa to Pandora in the morning, to prevent crowds coming into the FoP line from both directions. So, you would actually have to walk all the way around and would be behind the pack.

No matter how fast you eat, the line for FoP will be over an hour by the time you get there. You'll have to choose between them.

I would pick FoP

Thanks everyone!! Haven't been to AK since just before Pandora opened (other than to run through during the Star Wars Half) so I had no idea about having to leave the area and come back through!
