Pre-Park opening breakfast at Be Our Guest from Poly?

Hi!! I apologize if this has been asked before. I promise I looked but can't find the answer. I have two 8:00 am reservations for breakfast inside MK for our upcoming trip. One on Monday, May 9th and one on Friday, May 13th. I know the Monorail is down for service and the express monorail will be closed until 9:30am on Monday morning (at least I think I read that correctly). We are staying in the DVC buildings at the Poly and had planned on walking to the ticket and transportation center to catch the express monorail around 7:15 for our 8:00 reservation because it would be faster. It now appears that will not be an option. Everything I am reading says that the boats and ferries don't start running until one hour before park opening and that will not get me to my reservation on time....I know I am missing something and there must be a way for me to get there. lol Can anyone please help me out. I just want to know the fastest way for me to get my family there (my inlaws are in their 80's so I am hoping for the least amount of walking possible). Thanks so much for any help/insight!! The resort monorail starts around 7:00 am. If it's down for maintenance, there will be a bus.

Thanks!! It looks like we will prob have to take a bus on Monday morning. We will double check when we check in.

Always wise to double check when you get there. Oh, and don't ask CMs at the resort. Ask right at the monorail platform. They will give you correct info.
Why not ask a resort CM, inside the resort? Well, in the name of research, I asked a front desk CM, at BW, how to get to my 8:00 ADR at CP. She told me that I would have to take a cab...no buses were running then..they will just be starting up for the day around that time, so I would be late for my ADR!!! Again, giving out the 'buses start running an hour prior to park opening' line. which is wrong.
