Pre-park opening at Tusker House

I went to book a Jungle Book dining package today, and it appears Tusker House has reservations only for breakfast. We're not interested in Tiffin's, so we're sort of stuck with getting one of these if we want to see JB and not use a FP for it. I generally don't like breakfasts, since they interfere with early-morning touring. Furthermore, our plan had been to start the morning in Dinoland, which is on the opposite side of the park from Tusker House, so incorporating it anywhere kind of throws things off.

I was able to get an 8:20 at Tusker House. Assuming the park's 9:00 opening is accurate, do you all think there's any way we will be done in time to start touring at 9? Or, are we going to be getting out at 9:30 or something? I'm really second-guessing whether/how we want to do this...

A better option for us would be if they opened new JB dinner times for Tusker House... Seeing as how the hours were only changed yesterday to be later than 5 p.m. closing, is there a chance that they'll add some later JB dinners at Tusker House? If so, do they do these only at 7 a.m. eastern, or do they add them any time?

1) With an ADR for Tusker prior to 9:20am, you can get into the park at 7:45am and proceed to the eatery.
2) When you go to the restaurant, they will seat you quickly.
3) When this happens, they WILL watch to make sure you are going to Tusker and not using the ADR as early entry
4) If not going to Tusker, they will walk up to you and ask you to return to the entry gate.

First, always trust the scupper he knows his stuff. But another thought is to do a late morning/early lunch ADR. This is our favorite time to eat at Tusker because you pay breakfast prices and end up getting both breakfast and lunch. We usually go around 10:45 and it works out perfect.

Where do you enter pre- park opening for at Reservation? Should I go to the right or the left entry area? Will I be fighting crowds to get to the entrance area?
