Hi,

We have a pre-park opening akershus breakfast reservation at 810am with a 9am park opening. I know this character table service takes longer than say a pre-park BOG, but I was just wondering if we would still get a leg up on the crowds...like what is the likelihood that we would get let in the park early/seated early and about what time we would get done. We would plan on just getting a few quick princess pictures and are not planning on lingering...our plan is to run to either Test Track or Soarin after and get a FastPass for the other one later in the morning. Thanks!!

once your seated and order, you can ask waitress to bring you your check right away as at Akershus I've found that can take some time. Also IME with all our past Akershus ADRs they've never seated us on time, much less early. And the princesses make their rounds, so there's no guarantee they'll be in your seated area quickly. Personally speaking with an 810 ADR you should be out by around 9:00 a.m. and since your already halfway into the park, its not really that far to Test Track. Soarin is on the other side.

Is it okay for the early ADRS to go in the Gateway entrance early too or do you have to go thru main ?

We had a 8:20am adr for Akershus last year and they let us in the park early before 8am. We got to the restaurant and we were the 2nd table sat and it was before our adr time. We were done a little after the park opened and had fps scheduled for the morning. We definitely would have been able to just get in standby with little waits, had we not had fps.

You can go through Gateway but you can only go as far as France over the bridge. They will make you walk through UK, Canada, Mexico then Norway.
