Yes we use it everytime we eat there. It is pretty easy to do even with the DDP. It usually saves us anywhere from a 10 to 15 minute wait in line.

The line is definitely much smaller for pre-order checkout than ordering when you get there.

So far it hasn't saved us much time, we've had bad luck to be stuck behind groups twice who get up there and take 15 minutes to figure out what they're doing. So the line was short, but it just didn't move.

No, lunch is a QS credit so dessert is not included.

We pre-order every time. It has saved us a lot of time, usually when we go the regular order line is halfway down the bridge and slow moving so even if I'm stuck in the pre-order line behind someone who is taking a while, it's still been quicker.

Go to your reservation in MDE (on the website). Click "order food" or "preorder food" (I can't remember the exact phrase but it'll be obvious). Choose the menu options you want. Entrees will give you a choice of sides, a handful of items will have customization options (like "no sauce" or "dressing on side") and then checkout. When you arrive, a CM will confirm your order, verify any allergies or diet restrictions, ask if you want to modify anything, and then accept payment.
