You used to be able to purchase personalized/embroidered ear hats at disneystore.com but I can't find the option online to do so now. That said, some on here complained that the embroidery wasn't as nice as the embroidery they do in the parks.

You used to be able to do it through Disney Store (website) but when I went to order one for our youngest as we had with her older sisters they had taken away the personalisation option. So we ordered the earhat and assume we can get the name put on once we are in the parks.
