pre order of photopass cd question

does anyone know if you pre order the photopass cd, is it still cheaper? i'm looking and don't really understand how to pre order anyway.....

One thing I am confused with is the "promo code" offer? I do not know of any promos for this (someone on another board suggested there may be a free shipping code?)

When we got back from our trip and I sent in our order for our pre paid for cd I first googled for the free shipping code and I did find and use one. So there was one out there a couple months ago!

If I may ask where did you get this code as I have been scouring the boards for that very thing? I totally understand if you cannot say or share at least I feel hopefull that there may be one out there!

i have used prepaid twice beforfe and don't remember ever being charged for shipping. i'm sure with prepaid you don't pay it. itsw FINDING the prepaid site i always have trouble with.
