pre-night check in

We have booked a pre-night to our land and sea package (4 night land/3 night sea). Our pre-night and package are both at the Beach Club. Will we be able to check in for the entire resort stay and the cruise when we arrive for the pre-night?

When you say "Pre" night is it a seperate reservation from your cruise package, if it is totally seperate from the land/sea package then Unfortunatley. No. Because they are 2 seperate reservations the computer sees you as 2 different families and you will need to go down to the desk and check out and check back in. However you will more than likely not have to change rooms. Most of the time the room assigners catch those continuing reservations, but not always so make sure you tell the CM at check in that you start your package the following day and would like to make sure you are in the same room. Then as long as that is set up you can stop by the desk anytime after about 5:30am (the computer systems download and update overnight so anytime after 5:30 is safe to bet the system will be up for the day) and check out of the pre-night and check into the cruise reservation
