Pre-cruise postcards from "characters"??

Hi! I read somewhere that someone would grant a wish and send postcards to children before the cruise.

Is there anyone here to do that? Or, can you tell me where to look?

There will be two 5 year old little girls who would LOVE to get one from a character!
