We are flying in to MCO a day and a half before our DREAM cruise. We have done WDW a bunch of times and would like to do something different. We have also been to Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Wet-N-Wild. We are trying to decide if we want to stay in Orlando or go down to Cocoa Beach. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Our group consists of three families with 5 kids ranging in age from 10 -17 years old.

To this list, I might add an airboat ride. Boggy Creek Airboats is one http://www.bcairboats.com. On the road (SR 528) to Cocoa Beach is the Lone Cabbage Fish Camp with slightly smaller airboats which make for a better ride, IMO. http://twisterairboatrides.tripod.com

Get a hotel near the port.....do the Kennedy Space Center, eat at Dixie Crossroads in Titusville, go to the store and buy what you might need for your cruise (water, adult beverages, etc.), go to Ron John's and eat at Beef O'Brady's in Cocoa Beach by the Publix.
