Saw already cooked bacon at Costco yesterday. It wasn't cheap like 8 bucks for a 12 oz. package. But beats having to cook it yourself in room. We have cearl in our room in the morning and begals with peanut butter and jelly for lunch. Carry lots of diffrent snacks granola, jerky, dried fruit, crackers etc. We eat counter service and food court and get by quite nicely. Take a foldable cooler which we use in room. Put a towel under it. Condensation does build up over several days. You can get ice from ice machine. We carry garbage bags to get the ice. Lots of ziploc bags to carry snacks. We buy beer off site. You can get milk at gift shops at resort cheaper than food court.

I agree, it is not bad at all. I have seen it at our Super Walmart & other grocery stores for $3-4.00. Don't buy it for $7.00, that is highway robbery:)

It's great - I buy it all the time to use at home. I buy it at my grocery store for $2.99 for a package of 15 slices. Not much more than uncooked bacon without all the mess. You should be able to find it for much less than what you quoted, even in Orlando.

It's the greatest thing since sliced bread! Tastes great and it's done in SECONDS!:D

The Costco package has between 55-60 pieces of bacon. It is a better deal than the smaller ones at the grocery stores. However, for a short trip you may not want a huge package.

This pre cooked bacon is convenient but what are you cooking with it at WDW? Are you warming it in the food court micro? Are you making eggs to go with it?

If you're cooking with a microwave, then you could cook the regular bacon in the microwave. It's not messy and if you're cooking eggs it'll be done by the time you're done cooking the eggs. I really hate cooking bacon on the pan b/c I just soak up all the bacon smell on my clothes and into my hair. Cooking in the microwave just aleviates all that.
