Pre-check in building request question

Hey fellow DVC'ers. Quick question regarding a building request. We are checking in to OKW for an 8-day stay in 2 weeks time (yes - very excited!). When I made the initial reservation with member services months ago I requested a room in building 53-56. Should I be calling member services again or the resort directly to "re-emphasize" the desired building locations? If so, when?
