pre-booking meals

if I am pre-booking and pre paying for character lunch at lucky nugget at a price of £31 adult and child included would I be billed still at the end of it, how do they know who has pre paid and who hasnt?

I prebooked lucky nugget at the city hall, but i paid after i had the meal as they have to allow on extras like drinks etc as they are not included in the price.

Not sure though if your pre-booking via travel agents etc.

You often get a prepayment voucher which you hand over. When we did afternoon tea at Plaza Gardens the other week I'd booked but not prepaid but others had prepaid too and had a voucher confirmation to hand over
