I booked my excursions and Royal Court Royal Tea for Alaska, but I didn't see anything for

• Princess Gathering
• Frozen Meet and Greet
• Disney Junior Character Breakfast (select cruises only)
• Disney VIP Character Breakfast (select cruises only)

Are these available currently?

AFAIK, the Disney Jr breakfast is on Caribbean sailings only. When they have it.

Generally, all the character direct interaction activities have been changed to distancing events. (you stand in front of a rope in front of a character for pictures, for example, not directly next to them).

Do you still need tickets for them?

Generally, no. The Marvel Day at Sea and Star Wars Day at Sea cruises have ticketed character meets, but I think those are the only ones these days.

With the various restrictions being relaxed little by little, by the time those cruises start they may be added. I would just keep checking on a regular basis. You may even see people start talking about them again on the other Itineraries.
