hello,

Can someone pls remind me when I can prebook my seats with Virgin (going on the 9th May) and also I seem to remember a website that shows the plane layout to give me an idea of which seats to try and book...anyone know the web address??

thanks

You can book your seats 11 months in advance of travel. Go to www.virgin-atlantic.com and "manage your flights" You can then arrange your seats by following the instructions. The seating plan will automatically load when you book them.
I've had my seats arranged for my holiday in September, since last October.
Good luck

Hi

We booked through a Travel Agent? What happens then? On the faq it sais you can only book your seats if you booked directly.

Is there anywhere else I can get a seating plan and perhaps phone the TA and ask them to do it.

Thanks

Michelle

You can try and get a Virgin booking reference number from your Travel Agent.
Or if you are a Flying Club member (you can join on line at the Virgin-atlantic web site) go to the V-flyer webb site, get the LGW 747-400 seat plan up and then you can phone Flying Club and book your seats with them.
