I feel bad because this is not sickness related or anything like that, however it is very important to our small family and our future including our wedding.
If you read or heard, my DFiance has a wonderful job oppurtunity with a small, growing company. They are on the cutting each of communication technology and have modeled their org. after IBM.
DFiance is in the last stages of the job interview. He has gone out CA this AM to meet with the eight executive team members to get approval and "Blessed" into the company.
This job is a 67% pay increase and will be located in the TX area. The job Description mights as well say "DFiance Oats" on it, rather than Territory Sales Manager. He is a prefect fit for the job as well as the job challenging him in ways he hasn't been challeneged in his career in a long time.
His meetings with the CEO, CFO, CTO, Engineer and Human Resources and last the CEO's wife who works for the company start after Noon PT and go for 45 mins with each person. Tonight heis having dinner with the VP of Operations.
If you have any space pixie dust or good thoughts, or any room in your prayers I would be forever grateful if you can extend a little our direction.
I appreciate it and I have faith that he is the right match for the position and has a personality that can match any situation he may fall apon.
Thank you so very much,
Christina
