I apologize for my ignorance but what/who is the tag fairy? Why is everyone so desperate for the tag fairy to pick them? What does it all mean? Again, sorry for the ignorance but I am new to DIS and don;t understand?

I'm just learning myself, but the tag fairy leaves a saying or quote from you, out of one of your posts, I believe, right under your avitar or name, when you least expect it. I don't believe that you have to have a certain number of posts or anything. And I don't know if being extra 'witty' helps at all.

As I stated in another thread, I figured out why I have not been tagged. My theory is that I just haven't said anything that is tag-worthy. Apparently I'm a total bore!!! A regular yawn-fest, that's me!
