PPO with ECV

So we have a PPO breakfast reservation at AK and are staying at VGF. I just found out that there are EMH that day, so park will actually open at 8am (res is at 8:15). This is our first trip with my parents and my mom will have an ECV. I'm wondering if the bus will come early enough for us to make park open or breakfast? I know people have suggested Uber for PPO and sometimes the hotel provides alternate transportation, but with an ECV, no idea how this works?

Also, this is the first day we will have the scooter, so it is guaranteed to arrive at 8am. Obviously not ideal, but BVS said they can do an early drop off by 5am for $15. I don't mind the price, but wondering if it's worth it if we can't get a bus earlier to AK? Thoughts? Advice? Thanks!

The buses start running early around 630 just be so just be at the bus stop early and you will be fine.

I didn't realize they start that early! Had thought it was an hour before opening, but wasn't sure with EMH. Thanks!

Even if it were just that the buses start an hour before park opening, with EMH that would be 7 instead of 8

Perfect, that's what I wasn't hoping for!

We had a similar situation a few years ago. We just let the rental company drop the ECV off at their regular time, and MIL rented an EVC in the park. We used a courtesy wheelchair from the bus stop to the front and then back when we came back to the hotel, the EVC was there.

That's an option, but for $15 (and no manual labor ), I'll have BVS drop off early.
