PPO visit to MK Guest Services - WWYD?

My sister is heading to MK in just about a week. She is hoping to get in the park as close to 8am as possible, but she has to resolve a couple of ticket issues at Guest Services first. Would you deal with that at the ticketing window at the TTC and then head over to MK, or would you go ahead over to MK and then go to the Guest Services booth just outside the park? (If it impacts your answer, she's got 3 issues - an ancient ticket that can't be linked to MDE, a child ticket that needs to be converted to an adult ticket because the ticket holder is now a Disney adult, and she's got tickets on MDE for some members of her party and needs to get plastic tickets for them to use for FPs). Trying to make this as efficient and painless for her as possible. Thanks!

Is there a Guest Relations window there or just a ticket window? When we tried to link the really old ticket, MDE gave us a message to see "Guest Relations," and that's also what the phone CM said when we tried to address the issue by phone. Wondering if we might specifically need GR and not just a ticket window. Thanks!

If you go to the MK gate Guest Relations, it will be open about 7:30AM, as well.

If she is in town the night before, she can go to any of the parks or Disney Springs to handle these issues.

We had to do this once and since we were staying at BC, after we got checked in on our arrival evening, we walked over to Guest Relations at the International Gateway at Epcot and took care of it. Saved us so much time on our first magical morning at MK.

I would try to deal with it the night before. None of those are complicated, but ticketing issues take time. Good luck, and have fun!
