PPO Reservation worthless on a day when the Early Morning Magic event is held?

We have a PPO reservation in MK that we were hoping would lead to us beating the rope drop crowds as park opening nears. However, they are holding the Early Morning Magic ticketed event that morning and I'm wondering what that means for PPO reservation people. Will we be held at the rope drop line areas in Fantasyland? Can we go to 7DMT and wait there until a cast member lets us on? (I assume your Magic Band will need to be activated with the early morning magic ticket to go on 7DMT before 9am?)

EMM folks get a special paper wrist band to show they are part of the event. For 7DMT the EMM folks use the FP entrance while PPO breakfast folks are held in the stand by line until rope drop.

We've done a PPO BOG breakfast for the last couple of years. Great use of a quick service credit and we would get 2-3 rides on mine train before the rope drop crowds were anywhere near!

This year we have it booked again, but it is also an EMM. From what I have read, we can expect to get one ride in right as rope drop crowds are coming. That would still be an awesome bonus so I'm crossing my fingers. I'm just happy not to have to deal with the mass horde of humanity that heads towards fantasyland. I find it so much more relaxing to have breakfast then meander around FL.

We are planning to do this on 2/4. Quick ride on 7DMT, then onto Space (unless PP appears to have no line, but we will have no good way to see). We will be back around 10am for our 7DMT fp

Just confirming, your PPO ADR is at BOG, right?
