I am having a hard time logging in on the app this morning, but everything seems fine through the web browser. Maybe try switching?

Ok so it's not just me that can't log in. I can't call in..at camp and don't have long distance to USA on this phone! Arg!

had the same issue this am. garden grill became available for better time for us ( had 4:45pm) on December 16th my disney experience kept glitching so bit the bullet and called in was able to switch to 6:05 pm which fits our schedule better , released 4:45 pm

When you say "bit the bullet" is that because there is a fee or a long wait to call in?

i can log in, and then load times and see the restaurant i want and 3 times id take, but it won go further : (

I have tried to log in thru the net and it only goes to MDE and doesn't work. I just wanted lunch at Sci Fi and they have 1 time open. Just do not want to sit on hold for 30 minutes

I really hate calling in , not because of long distance charges ( have long distance included in my plan) mainly because it could be instant answer or hour wait early in am......I prefer to do most of the planning online ( that is when the system works)

I just logged in to make sure my DE had updated with the correct info for change in dining and it went right through no sorry for the paws message and all is updated ......

Been looking for a breakfast CRT reservation and one finally opened up, having the same problem as everyone else. I have to actually switch out one restaurant for this one but it keeps telling me to keep the old reservation, not give me the option to switch it (I think the system is having a problems with cancelling reservations). Now I am on hold with Disney dining as I am typing this out .

The issue for me was that I had a 9.05 booked, but it wouldn't let me cancel it. It was all fixed later on & I managed to get 8.15! So pleased!
