PPO Garden Grill breakfast, then to character spot, advantage?

Is there any advantage to PPO Garden Grill to character spot or should character spot have no wait at rope drop anyway? Anyone done it first thing?

It would be smarter to go to Soarin’ than Character Spot. Waits don’t typically build as quickly at Character Spot.

Last trip we had PPO at Garden Grill, got some fantastic pictures all around (came in International Gateway) - got into Soarin as crowds started coming in. Went by character spot after that and had 2 people in front there, then on to more fun!!

As other said, go to Soarin first, then to Character spot. 2 weeks ago I was trying to RD TT and it wasn't working so I headed towards the land for a FP. I stopped at Character spot cause the wait was only 5 mins. Then I went to meet Joy/Sadness
