PP concierge question (or several....)

Now that the dec schedule is out I can really start my obsessive planning, so here are my PP questions:

1. what time is the concierge lounge open?

2. what time is the wine and appetizer thing (I am planning that for dinner...)

3. How do you check in for concierge, since I hear there is an express check in?

4. how to arrange the free ballons and pics upon check in for my kid?

take elvaltor to 2nd floor and knock on the door (beachcombers lounge)
