I'm very much pro choice but that is a beautiful spot. It is well done and not preachy but presents pro life as a positive thing.

I do wonder if Pres. Obama okay'd the use of his image? Just a thought.

He's the President, a public figure, you don't need his permission--especially when making a political statement.

By the way, NBC is refusing to air this commercial during the Super Bowl. Now there's a surprise.

Meh-I could care less what she has to say. I think she's one of the worst things to ever happen to the conservative cause.

I understand not running the Peta ad. It is innapropriate for young audiences (But it IS HOT). But the Catholic vote ad is beautifully done and gives a message of hope.

I thought that is what all commercials do? A loose interpretation? Exact in my book. He was abandoned by his father, raised by his mother and became the first African American president. The potential of one human life.

And whether that child could become Ted Bundy is an argument for human extinction, not for pro-choice or pro-life.

It was a great commercial.
I can't stand Obama.

I am Catholic.
I believe people should be able to make their own decisions.

I am Pro-Life.
I am Pro-Choice.

I can't see any black and white on this issue. It's more shades of grey for me. I, personally, am against abortion. I believe these babies can go to some good homes to people who cannot have children on their own. However, I can't imagine ever telling anyone what to do with their own body or life.

This commercial confuses me a little more, because as someone pointed out, it could have very easily been Ted Bundy.
