Power Rangers

For those of you who have seen the Power Rangers lately at MGM, are they the new Mystic Force Power rangers or the SPD rangers? My son is DYING to know and can't wait to meet them in June. Thanks.

When we were there in December, each of the rangers was from a diffenert series. THey had red (SPD), green, pink, white (dino thunder), blue/silver.

From what I have been learning about Power Rangers, it is a combination of different "generations" of Power Rangers, and according to several Power Ranger fans, there is at least one new Mystic Force Ranger - the Pink one has been spotted.

DD and I are off to MGM tomorrow to do some PR research ourselves before my great nephews visit.

THere was a thread the other day about this, I will find it, where I posted a picture I took in December with the Power Rangers that were there then - someone identified them for me... the majority of the same ones were there 3 weeks ago.

I was just there and the list that someone else put here are the ones that we saw. Just a little tip. We went back there right after opening to check on the stunt show and was there when they 1st came out for autographs. My boys were the 1st to get the blue rangers autograph and the others didn't take but a few minutes in each line. If you want to see them go as soon as the open and there aren't that many in line. It's wonderful!

Thanks to Loopner67, her son, and their autograph book, these were identified. From what I understand the Pink Ranger in this pic has been recenlty replaced by the Pink Ranger from Mystic Forces. This photo was taken on Dec 1st, 2005. THe PRs are also in the parade - those photos were from Feb 26th. If I get anything exciting tomorrow - I will add to this post!

The silver & blue ranger is the "Lunar Wolf Ranger" from an older Power Ranger series. I think Wild Force. He signs "Lunar Wolf"

The Green Ranger is "Cam" from Ninja Storm

The White Ranger is "Trent" from DinoThunder

The Red Ranger is "Jack" from SPD (Space Patrol Delta - the one RIGHT before Mystic Force)

The Pink Ranger is a Time Force Ranger

This brings back memories! DS (18) and DD (16) were fans of the original PR shows...now DN-5, DN-3, and DN-1 love the new Rangers so they are very excited that aunt and uncle will get to see them this summer! It's a bonus they have their own car in the parade.

Thanks so much for this. So that explains how they handle the ever-changing Power Rangers world they just keep 1 from each "era". That is great! My son was so excited about that parade picture so thanks for posting it.

I have heard the suggestion before of getting there right as the park opens. So our plan is to grab a FP for Tower of Terror and then head to see the Power Rangers for their entrance. Can't wait to see the look on his face!

So, what do you do with the Power Rangers, can you challenge them to a fight, kick them in the shins, etc?

We went 2 weeks ago and it was Mystic Force. My ds3 had talked nonstop about meeting them and that he was going to say "SPD emergency!" and do a pose with them. When they came out in the car and the music was playing he had a huge meltdown but I still stayed in the line for the green one since we were 3rd. I think he was so worked up since they are his idols that he malfunctioned, LOL. It's taken him until yesterday to be able to wear any of his PR attire.

None of the Power Rangers in that pciture are Mystic Force. I had asked a few weeks ago if anyone had any information about replacing one of the current Power Rangers with a Mystic Force Ranger I will have to search for the thread.

I asked earlier this week (I think!) about whether the new mystic force ranger was really there. There were reports of having seen the pink and the yellow one - but usually the pink mystic one- at MGM at the meet and greet. It would be nice to get more confirmations of that as there was some question as to whether she was mystic or time force.

The Mystic Force Rangers have capes so the costume is totally different than the Time Force ones.

I did not make it to MGM today - our cat had kittens, and in our house - the kittens trumped DISNEY. I was still game, (tired - but willing) but DD9 said NO WAY!

I will get there next weekend - I promise - I think most days their meet and greet times are over by late afternoon, and even if we go right after DD gets out of school it would be 4ish when we arrive. I might be able to slip in during the day on Friday... without DD!

It does seem apparent that the Mystic Force Rangers are easily identifiable... I think even I can handle that!

The picture I posted earlier was NOT Mystic Force - all the various Rangers were identified by loopner67 using their autograph boo, that was in December. Last month, it was still the ones that were in the car in the picture (with the exception of Yellow instead of Pink). I have heard that there is one Mystic Force Ranger - the Pink one.

I was all ready too - but at 2am Tara came in and woke me up saying Kitten Alert - Kitten Alert..... and 3 hours later we had 5 new additions! I really wanted to still go - I figured if we got there around 1pm - we would still have plenty of time... my original plan was to get there at opening, get the schedule and head back for Lights, Motor Action...

Mother Nature had different plans for me!

the power rangers were there at 10:45 in front of lights motor action on sat the 11th .. that is why we were a bit late getting to our fast pass return of 10;45 we stopped to see the rangers way cool when they load up and roar off.....we made it to lights motor action at 11:00
