Power Pass to Annual Pass Renew Price

I am so excited to be back in the Universal AP family even if it IS only a Powerpass. I am now looking forward to my renewal 14 and a half months from now and have some questions.
When I renew, can I upgrade to Regular AP status and take advantage of the AP renewal rates?
