Power Pass Question

Hi visited Universal Orlando earlier this year and upgraded our tickets to a power pass while we were there. They gave us a new ticket for the power pass that we have not used yet. My stepson is no longer going to be able to join us in November, could someone else use his power pass? Does anyone know since it's unused?

Short answer, no, tickets are non-transferable.
Long answer, no, because the ticket has already been used. When you upgraded your ticket originally it looked at the original usage date and set your pass expiration date to reflect that usage. Since the ticket has been used, there is no way to transfer it to another person.

The even longer answer, your names are on the new tickets. And even though you'll need to do a new fingerprint scan, they will ask for ID the first time around.
