Just got an email that Power Pass Blockout Dates have been lifted for the remainder of the summer, effective today!

This is good news for us since we are here til Sunday. We were at the Studios on Monday night and I definitely would not have described our evening as "low crowds". Anyway, we cancelled our plan to go to Aquatica today and will be heading to IoA later to check out KONG!!! Woohoo!

Sounds like crowds have picked up since the beginning of the month. I guess they are still low enough that they want to encourage the passholders to show up.

I have a Power Pass and have not gotten this e-mail (nor the PIN code that I've been hearing a lot about). My pass is registered on their website. Has anyone else had similar problems with Universal e-mails? My e-mail address is through Yahoo.

I totally agree! These boards have been the best.

However, as I am seriously crossing my fingers for a PIN code (I have one fall trip to Universal booked and am 99% certain that I will be booking another one in the next few days), I'm a little worried that I am not getting Universal's e-mails.

I got the email with a pin code last week and today I got a postcard in the mail with it. It's good thru the end of the year.

Thank you for posting! Since we are going first week in August, I was not planning to renew my PP and buy a regular ticket, (2 day with 2 day free from ticketsatwork)

Renewing my PP saves about $40! Yay! more HP merch for me.

I was so happy when I got the email. We will be there Aug. 3-5 and were going to have to upgrade our passes. So excited!

Just a quick follow-up re. my e-mails from Universal - I called customer service today and somehow e-mails to me got turned off. The TM was able to click a box and restore me. I'm not sure what happened, but it's been fixed.
