Power of Ten NYC?

Hello DISers,

I am new to te DISboards but am a lifetime Disney fan. I am 25 and from New York and have been to Disney World approximately 60 times, so I know a few things about Disney.

Being new to the boards and the podcasts and blogs on the DIS you cannot hear enough about the Power of Ten, and I am really impressed by the work done for Give Kids The World. If there are other DISers in NYC I think it would be easy to put an event together. Anyone interested?

I agree, post on the DIS Unplugged podcast forum. You can throw the out to the masses and maybe somebody else who doesn't mind leading will step up if event planning is not your forte.
