because then the kids would not have to go to school. I love when they are home and we would have so much fun!
Oh well- in a few months I will probably be cursing the snow when I have to spend 20 minutes cleaning off the car.

I was going to say be careful what you wish for....

Here we are getting hit by our first snow storm. And it is half rain so the stuff is really heavy.

My kids don't take the bus so I am mean, we walk to school. It is only two blocks away. They have fun playing with their friends for the day. No lessons are taught.

We had puring rain last evening, too. I'd rather it was snow! Thge kids would love to play in it!

You can have ours.. The so-called "Monster Storm" arrived here in the wee hours of the morning.. No school for the kids..

Just glanced at the weather on tv - so far 7.5" here - close to a foot at the lake.. Still snowing - with freezing rain to follow..

We had sleet last night. Snow this morning. We are supposed to have snow/rain this afternoon. And then snow again tonight. Bleah!

I don't care what it does after the 18th though. DH and the kids will be off work/school for two weeks and driving will be minimal. Being stuck in the house with all of us, good food and the Cocoamotion sounds good to me!
