Potty Training

I need help. I have been working with one of my twin boys at potty training. We have been working at it about 3 weeks. He is 32 months old. He goes potty on the toilet when I ask him to use the toilet. He does not go to the bathroom on his own (without me telling him to go). He has not gone #2 on the toilet yet. It does not seem that he is afraid to go #2 on the toilet, but he just has not figured out what to do. Today, he has peed his pants 2x and pooped once (three loads of wash have been done by me). I have him in regular undies. I am so flaming mad right now. I do not know what else to do. I just sent him upstairs to bed and put a diaper on him. Any advice would be helpful.

As a side note, he makes it through a 2.5 hour nap and all night dry (with regular undies).

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I THINK I MIGHT BE GOING INSANE!! AND I HAVE THE OTHER TWIN TO GO!!!

This sounds silly, but try to make it fun for him. We used to put Cheerios in the toilet bowl, and our son would "shoot" at them.

Nah, there will be plenty of time for that after he's older.

We just potty trained (a girl) so I have no boy centered advice. I just know how frustrating it is and just wanted you to know that I understand what you are going through.

Thanks!! I am starting to get over being flaming mad and have worked down to just being annoyed that things are not improving!!

Keep bringing on the advice. I have some cheerios in the pantry--shooting practice is now open in my house!!
