My family and i planning to go in may of 2010 will the harry potter land be completed by this time if not when will it open?

It should be around the time it opens.

Although not all rides would be completed, though.

I think the general consensus is mid 2010 for completion. It could be moved back by weather but hopefully everything will be ready to go by May of that year.
