Do you have a flattop stove?

I really like how easy my flattop stove is to keep clean.

What kind of pots work well on a flattop? I need to replace my pots with ones that have a perfectly flat bottom. And I am trying to not use nonstick coated pots.

I looked at All-Clad at the store and they seem to be very flat and made in USA. Does anyone use All-Clad pots? They have several choices in their brand.

I adore all-clad. I have a flat top stove and all clad is perfect for them. They are a bit pricey but clean up like a dream and cook like a dream. I have never replaced any pieces and some are over 10 years old. Never any breaking or wearing. I'd die for the all-clad crockpot but I have a really good crockpot that I can't justify replacing...now if someone gave me it as a gift...;)
I say for the money- they are the best!

I personally use Tramontina. I love the triple ply bottoms, they hold the heat well.

I have heard good things about alclad though too!
