Potrait Session HS or Ak??

DF and I want to do a portrait session in HS but I was talking to some friends about it this past weekend and someone mentioned how about AK because we wanted it to be different. Has anyone done a portrait session at Ak and does anyone know how close you can get to the animals for the pictures?

I would LOVE to see AK photos if you do get them! So please come back and post if you choose AK! lol. As a former CP, I have to mention how beautiful the Tree of Life is all lit up at night, and its such a shame that no one gets to see it, since the park closes early!

I havent seen any HS pics either,I am sure whatever you choose would be stunning. Choose whatever is more special to the two of you!

We did our honeymoon shoot there. They met us at 10am for the shoot, so no cool twilight shots and we were in dress clothes, not our wedding attire, but they were really good. There is so much beautiful scenery at AK that I knew it would be fab and it was ! Unfortunately, I am waiting my three years for the CD so I don't have any to post, unless I scan my proofs. I can't tonight as it is pretty late, but if you want I can. When we got married, the other parks for bridal portraits were not common, or I would have loved to have done some there !

I would not recommend either done with Disney - Disney photography is horrible!!
