Potentially Stupid question....

Hello all,

My name is Danny and I'm a newbie....

My family and I went to WDW this past April, and while riding the Magic Kingdom railroad I noticed (for the first time) the statues that appear between the Frontierland and Toontown stops. There's a guy sitting on a porch, and I think there's someone in the water....Does anybody if they are leftovers from a past attraction?
