Potential Renters - Please Read

If you have responded to an offer to rent thread on the DVC Rent/Trade Board and are later contacted by anyone other than the member who posted the offer, please forward the PM or email to myself or any of the Rent/Trade Moderators. Please be cautious about renting from anyone who is soliciting renters without having an active thread on the Rent/Trade. Even if they do have an active thread, unless you initiated first contact with them via PM, email or by posting a request in their thread they should NOT be contacting you.

Of course, due diligence is always advised with any rental but please avoid potential problems with those who are bypassing the intent of the Rent/Trade Board by soliciting renters without meeting Rent/Trade policies.

We have recently had reports of posters soliciting renters via PM or email. If you are contacted by one of these posters please do not engage in any rental correspondence - but - please do forward such contact to me or any of the Rent/Trade mods.
