Jen looks awesome for having two kids! My only guess is Mexico at Epcot but I think that would be too obvious so not sure.

It is right across from the entrance..it was a nice fountain and then there was this big drought in the 90's and Disney stopped running the fountains all through the park...this one was made a planter
