Has anyone ever had this problem with Photobucket? I've been waiting for almost a week for my bandwidth to reset. It is supposed to reset on the 15th today. Well it didn't reset and when I checked it said it would reset in 31 days on the 15th of next month! I looked under the help bar and went to ask questions. I sent them 2 questions about this today and haven't heard anything back. Does anyone know any other way to get in touch with them besides through the "ask questions"?
