Can a girl get the Sparrow costume? Just curious as my girls are on VMK and did the pirate game a bunch. I think they now have 4-5 organs, 7 posters, 4 monkeys and 4-5 chests but no costume parts.

It makes a "lovely" pile of stuff in their bayou room combined with pirate thrones, pirate wall pieces, Narnia stuff, a Terabithia treehouse, and few other odd pieces.

Yes, girls can get the sparrow costume, if they are very lucky. I did it at least 2000 -3000 times (about 40 times every night for over a year) and never got a costume. I had to trade for one. I have over a 100 each of the other prizes, I started selling them after 100 of each kind.
