POTC goodie bags

We are celebrating my ds6 birthday with a POTC theme. I want to have something to give out as a party favor that will be good for both adults and children!?!?!? Can anyone help with any ideas? I was thinking a small bag of chocolate coins tied with ribbon. But, I am not sure....

When we did a similar party for my son (13 years ago), we got the pirate hooks and eye patches from a local party supply store. We also got lightup swords. It wasn't until we had a dozen boys running around our house with hook, swords, and eyepatches that discovered that perhaps we should have skipped the swords.

If you have a party supply store nearby, I'm sure that you can find LOTS of fun things to get for a POTC party. Have fun planning (and having) the party.
